Bisol

The Bisol Family’s history is firmly rooted in making the finest Presecco in Italy and they are committed to re-establishing Venice’s traditional farming methods.  Bisol’s acclaimed restaurant, Venissa, is on the venetian Island of Mazzorbo which is part of the Bisol estate and where the vineyards have been restored and the Dorona grape saved from extinction.  Bisol supports Venice in Peril glass by glass.
